Frequently Asked Questions

We are hosting two ATP Challenger tournaments in Summer 2024.  The first event runs August  and the second event runs September 8-15.

Admission price depends on the day and the type of ticket, but a General ticket will range from $10 to $20Social & VIP tickets are an additional fee and also daily dependent. 

You may purchase daily tickets online (etix.com) or at the Ticket Box Office at the front entrance. The pricing is the same at either location. 

You may upgrade to a Social or VIP ticket (based on availability & only on the day of the match) at the Ticket Box Office before entering or by returning to the Ticket Box Office after entering by paying the upgrade fee. You may purchase an upgrade at any time during the day your ticket is valid. 

 A Social Ticket includes seating in the uncovered seats on the east side of the stadium. It includes complimentary snacks, water & soft drinks. Complimentary wine & beer are also included after 5 pm on Monday-Friday and all day on Saturday & Sunday. 

 A VIP Ticket includes seating in the Covered seats on the west side of the stadium It includes complimentary snacks, water & soft drinks. Complimentary wine & beer are also included after 5 pm on Monday-Friday and all day on Saturday & Sunday. 

Cost to upgrade is the following:

  • General to Social = $15
  • General to VIP = $25
  • Social to VIP = $10

Refunds are not available as all ticket sales are final. Exchanges are only an option if no match play is held for the entire day as usually play will be moved inside the covered courts during extended inclement weather delays. 

Skybox tickets are not available for daily purchase, but Cary Tennis Classic Sponsorship opportunities are available, even once the tournament has begun. Many different sponsorship opportunities exist, and further details can be obtained at the tournament or by contacting the Tournament Director ([email protected])  to review these golden opportunities.  The information booth at the bottom of the entrance ramp will also have Sponsorship Information packets for your review and will locate a Tournament Director on site to share the details with you.

Tickets may be purchased tickets online with credit card, or at the Ticket Box Office at the front entrance with credit card or cash.  We do not accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Venmo or other forms of payment at this time. 

Children 12 & under receive a free grounds pass with an adult ticket purchase (Monday – Thursday only).

General Ticket

  • entry into the event for the entire day
  • seating on the east side of Stadium court, all spectators may also watch the play on Courts 13 & 15 on the east side, which have bench-style seating.

Social Ticket

  • entry into the event for the entire day
  • drinks (soda & water all day; beer & wine in the evening)
  • snacks all day

VIP Ticket

  • entry into the event for the entire day
  • drinks (soda & water all day; beer & wine in the evening)
  • snacks all day
  • seats in the tented section.

Bathrooms are located directly underneath the Clubhouse balcony on the ground level overlooking the Stadium court. 

You may bring in an individual-sized umbrella for shade (must not block view for other spectators), a folding chair (although plenty of seating with seat backs is available), and a re-fillable water bottle. No other outside food or beverages are permitted. 

A VIP ticket does not include a parking pass, nor is it available for daily purchase.

All parking is free of charge for the general public across the street from CTP in the school lot. Parking in the main lot adjacent to the Clubhouse requires a parking permit and is typically limited to Sponsors, Players, & Officials. 

 You may park in the main lot on qualifying days (normally the first two days of the Tournament), subject to availability. After qualifying days parking in the main lot requires a parking pass, normally available only to players, officials, and sponsor ticket holders.

There is a concession stand with varied snacks, water, soda and Gatorade.  

The GONZA food truck will be onsite on Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday evenings from 5:00 – 8:00 pm with food available for purchase. 

Alcohol is not available for “sale.” However, with a VIP or sponsor ticket you have access to the VIP booth after 4pm. This booth has water and soda, cold beer, varied red and chilled white wines, and snacksThere is no cost to these items, they are included with your VIP or sponsor ticketNo more than two alcoholic beverages per person per trip to the booth.

The entire facility is closed for the duration of the tournament week.
