Cary, NC, August 15, 2024 – In Men’s singles play the top seed, Roman Safiullin, defeated Christopher Eubanks, 6-4, 6-4, to advance the the Semi-Finals. Also advancing to the semifinals on Friday are David Goffin, Mattia Bellucci, and Gabriel Diallo. In Men’s doubles the top three seeded teams advanced to the Semi-finals. They will be joined by F. Gomez/P. Tsitsipas.
In Women’s singles the top seed was upset by the 7 seeded, Nuria Parrizas-Diaz. She will be join in the semi-finals by Rebeka Masarova, Renata Zarazua, and Lucrezia Stefanini. In doubles O. Kalashinikova/I. Shymanovich, E. Chong/J Loeb, C. Naef/T. Zidansek, and T. Gibson/M. Joint all advanced the the semi-finals.
